  I called a few companies for quotes. Although ISP was not the lowest, I went with them because they convinced me that whatever was going to happen with the shower installation in my house--would be nothing less of an experience than what ISP would expect if they were getting a shower put into their home. The company was very communicative about what was happening with the materials they had to order and when I should expect the actual install to happen. I had a certain look in mind for this shower, but the owner Steve Logan gave me ideas worlds beyond anything I could have imagined. I am very happy with my shower and because of Steve, there will be less cleaning for me to do because he put a permanent coating on the glass that lessens the amount of water spots. I would use them again for sure and it is great to finally deal with a supplier in Central Florida who appreciates your business and calls you back. Steve made me feel like a special customer.

  Despite one negative google review, we chose to go with ISP due to our prior positive experience with Steve as well as a great recommendation from a custom home builder. The ISP team did a fantastic job with our closets and mirrors - timely and responsive service with a quality product at a highly competitive price. We are very satisfied. Thanks ISP!
